Darcy works with teens and young adults seeking overcome emotional challenges, self doubt, and negative self talk to realize the best parts of their new identity emerging in therapy. Her eclectic whole person approach addresses the unique issues at this stage of your life. Darcy believes in normalizing your experience and deep listening to point out themes or repetitive thoughts or behaviors that may be impacting the way you think and feel about ourselves or others. She pulls from methods and theories such as CBT mindfulness, psychodynamic, family systems, linking past experiences to current functioning. You CAN overcome with the right support!
