Clients therefore feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions, thus achieving personal growth through finding their own solutions. Another core therapy method David works with is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which combines mindfulness and values, so clients can manage unworkable thoughts and identify/work with what’s important to them, bringing meaning to life.

David brings two decades of experience mentoring people facing substance abuse and workplace challenges, plus 3.5 years as a crisis center counselor. He is proficient in Person Centered Therapy (PCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and certified in Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), QPR Gatekeeper Suicide Prevention Training, and Psychological First Aid (PFA).
