If you’ve found your way here, chances are something has brought you to a point where you’re ready- or perhaps curious- about what it might feel like to finally be heard.
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist with extensive experience with early childhood trauma, and how those early experiences quietly shape the way we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others as adults. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, addictions, eating disorders, emotional dysregulation, and personality disorders- challenges that are often connected in ways that are not immediately obvious.
I view treatment as a collaborative effort between patient and therapist. This working relationship is essential to the healing process. I take an eclectic approach to treatment and try to synchronize treatment to the needs of the patient. I take a non judgmental approach that allows individuals to feel comfortable sharing and exploring often uncomfortable feelings impacting the quality of life in today’s trying times.
The decision to enter treatment is never easy and I strive to create and maintain a safe space for you. Together we will foster empowerment and self confidence while exploring the challenges that will help you work towards the fulfilling life you desire.
If that is something you are looking for- I am here
