Debbie Oberlander is a Certified Professional Life Coach, Nutritionist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

As a Coach and Nutritionist, Debbie provides strategies and support for parents to guide their children toward healthy eating, successful weight management, and a positive relationship with food. Her approach is based in gentle nutrition, encouraging change without rigid rules or restriction.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Debbie works with couples to help resolve conflicts and improve relationship satisfaction. Debbie also has expertise in infertility and family building through IVF and it is her great joy to see clients fulfill their dream of having children.

Debbie is as caring as she is skilled. Clients often remark that they feel her caring and compassion as truly genuine. Beyond her clinical expertise, Debbie brings warmth and a respectful sense of humor to her sessions.

Debbie has an office in Teaneck, NJ, but also sees patients remotely. She provides virtual coaching services in all states, and teletherapy to patients in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.
