Professional statement

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in trauma; anxiety; depression; and building self-esteem. With a compassionate; trauma-informed approach; I work to create a safe; supportive space where clients can heal; regain control; and rebuild their sense of self-worth.I help individuals process past experiences; manage emotional challenges; and develop the tools they need to navigate life with confidence and resilience. Whether you are struggling with anxiety; self-doubt; or the effects of trauma; I am here to support you on your path to healing and personal growth.

Message to clients

Hi there, I’m really glad you are here. Sometimes the hardest part is admitting you could use support, especially if you are used to holding everything together. Therapy can be a place where you do not have to perform or keep it all contained. I will help you slow down, make sense of what you are feeling, and find a path forward that feels sustainable. We can move at a pace that feels safe for you. If you are looking for a space that feels warm, grounded, and real, I would love to connect.
