Elizabeth has more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field. After working in educational settings for most of her career, she is currently in full time private practice, residing in Western Massachusetts where she sees patients in person one day per week. She works primarily remotely (via telehealth) allowing her to see patients residing in New York, Rhode Island as well as Massachusetts. She treats adult patients (18+) for individual therapy. She takes an eclectic approach to therapy using Psychodynamic as well as a Humanistic approach integrating other modalities that she has been trained in which include CBT, ACT and Mindfulness.
