Message to clients

Hello! My name is Emily (She/Her). I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles.

I enjoy working with diverse populations but particularly specialize in Anxiety, Depression, and LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapy. I primarily work with Individuals, Couples, Families, and Teens. Therapy is a collaborative, team effort. Together we will explore how you want to engage in life with intention, authenticity, and vibrancy.

We often enter therapy with vulnerability and I hold that understanding in the utmost care. I will meet you exactly where you are at and we will go from there. We will hold space for difficult moments, laugh when laughter is needed, and celebrate growth and victories.

Please feel free to reach out to schedule a 15 minute free consultation. If we feel we are a goof fit for each other wonderful! If you feel we are not a match I will be happy to provide you with referrals to therapists or other resources that may be a better fit.

I am looking forward to connecting with you!
