Message to clients

If you are reading this, you are likely used to carrying a heavy load. On the outside, you’re the hyper-reliable professional, the perfectionist, and the person who always figures it out. But internally, you might be running on empty, trapped in a constant loop of stress, workplace burnout, and chronic people-pleasing. I want you to know that you don't have to wait for a total collapse to ask for support, and you don't have to navigate this exhaustion alone.

My biggest hope for our time together is that therapy becomes the one space in your week where you don't have to perform, over-deliver, or have all the answers. This isn’t a sterile clinical lecture; it’s a warm, collaborative, and entirely confidential partnership. We will work together to quiet your inner critic, untangle your self-worth from your productivity, and build real-world boundaries to manage stress and stop people-pleasing.

Prior to starting, the only thing you need to know is that you don't need to have anything "figured out" before we meet. You are allowed to show up exactly as you are—tired, overwhelmed, or just ready for a change. When you are ready to recover from burnout and step off the treadmill of perfectionism, I invite you to reach out.
