She is the founder and lead clinician of a telehealth private psychotherapy practice providing person-centered, evidenced-based treatment to adults across New York and Rhode Island. Erica has a wealth of experience working with a diverse group of clients across a variety of different settings. She specializes in working with adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ concerns.

Erica's therapeutic approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and integrative. She utilizes an eclectic array of treatment modalities that are individually customized to her clients. By fostering a person-centered, non-judgmental, and trusting therapeutic environment, Erica assists clients with learning to challenge patterns that no longer serve them while focusing on their unique strengths and innate abilities to transform problems into solutions.

I recognize that change is a gradual process and respect the importance of meeting my clients wherever they currently may be in this process. It takes an admirable amount of courage to be willing to explore and uncover specific thoughts and behaviors that may be preventing us from attaining true happiness and fulfillment in our lives. I consider it a sincere privilege to be part of one's journey towards greater peace and well-being.
