Professional statement

Erika works with adults and adolescents navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and the effects of past trauma. She is committed to creating a collaborative, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their true selves, build resilience, and feel empowered in their healing journey. Her approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), thoughtfully tailored to support each client’s growth and well-being.

Message to clients

My goal is to help you feel less alone and discover the strength you already carry within. I work with adults and adolescents navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and past trauma. With warmth, honesty, and a nonjudgmental presence, I strive to create a space where healing and growth feel possible.

I bring my genuine self to every session because real healing comes through authentic connection. My presence is calming and lighthearted, but I’ll also gently challenge you when you need that extra push forward. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me giving full car concerts or making room in my “dessert” stomach—because balance matters both in and out of therapy.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but taking that step is an act of courage and self-investment. We may be a good fit if you’re seeking an authentic connection with someone who values honesty, collaboration, and the willingness to lean in together during life’s difficult, nerve-wracking, and messy moments.
