Esther is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who earned her Master’s of Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a variety of settings and enjoys supporting clients through the many experiences and transitions that occur throughout life. Esther works with clients ages 3 and up and has a particular interest in helping individuals navigate anxiety, grief, relationship concerns, and life changes while building insight, resilience, and connection.
Esther takes an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that every client brings their own strengths, experiences, and goals into the therapeutic space. She draws from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while maintaining a client-centered perspective that prioritizes collaboration, flexibility, and individualized care. Esther believes therapy is not one-size-fits-all and works to tailor each experience to best support the person sitting in front of her.
Her goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe exploring their experiences, processing emotions, and developing meaningful tools for growth. Esther values authenticity in the therapeutic relationship and strives to ensure the process feels collaborative, empowering, and fulfilling.
Outside of clinical work, Esther enjoys spending time in nature, reading, being with family, and exploring new hobbies. She values lifelong learning, openness, and personal growth, which continue to shape both her life and therapeutic work. Esther provides therapy services for children, teens, adults, couples, and families and is available for in-person sessions in New Jersey as well as virtual therapy throughout the state.
