Message to clients

Hi there, and thank you for considering working together. Starting therapy can bring up a mix of emotions, like hope, anxiety, skepticism, or relief. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and steady space where you feel heard and respected. We will focus on understanding your experience and building tools that fit your life. This is not a one size fits all approach. If you are looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth and honesty, I would be glad to connect.
