You are a high-achiever who appears to have it all together, but right now it feels like you are "white knuckling it". You have a demanding career, caregiving roles, and the expectations are relentless. Privately you are battling anxiety, emotional disconnection, or exhaustion. My clients are insightful, capable, and self-aware, yet often feel completely alone in their struggle. They don’t want surface-level support; they want care that is strategic, grounded, and genuinely effective.
My approach is direct, compassionate, and anchored in evidence-based methods that gives you a "push". I help clients restore clarity through actionable insight—not just coping skills, but truly focused on your goals. My work includes CBT-I for insomnia, trauma-informed therapy, and relationship work using the Gottman Method and Discernment Counseling. Clients often tell me I’m the first therapist who helps them feel both understood and meaningfully challenged.
With over two decades of clinical experience, I specialize in behavioral sleep medicine, anxiety, trauma recovery, and complex relationship dynamics—especially for women who look “fine” on the outside but know something fundamental needs to shift. My goal is always the same: to help you reclaim the parts of yourself you’ve had to silence just to get through the day.
I practice through Veritas Psychology Partners, a boutique private-pay telehealth practice designed for discerning clients who value discretion, responsiveness, and high-fidelity care. I’m licensed in 40+ states through PSYPACT, with additional licensure in New York. My caseload remains intentionally limited to preserve the depth and impact of each therapeutic relationship. While most sessions are virtual, I offer a small number of in-person appointments for clients in the Twin Cities metro area.
If you’re ready for thoughtful, strategic care that meets the complexity of your life, I’m here to help.
