You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy.
I work with college students, teenagers (16+), and young adults who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about their next steps in life. If you’ve been overthinking decisions, questioning your direction, or feeling like you “should have it figured out” by now—you’re not alone.
Many of my clients come in feeling indecisive, lost, or navigating major life changes. They often say things like, “I don’t know what I’m doing with my life,” or “I just need someone to talk to.” These experiences can feel frustrating and isolating, especially when it seems like everyone else has it together.
In our work together, my goal is to help you feel calmer, grounded, and in control. We’ll focus on building clarity, strengthening your confidence in decision-making, and helping you move through life’s challenges with more direction and self-trust.
I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and talk openly about what’s going on. At the same time, I incorporate practical tools you can use outside of session—so you’re not just talking, but actively making progress in your day-to-day life.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re not sure where to begin. You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear plan—we’ll figure that out together.
If this resonates with you, I’d be glad to connect.
