Core Therapy is a 100% virtual mental health group practice serving individuals, couples, and families across California. We know starting therapy can feel overwhelming — especially when you’re not sure which therapist is the right fit. Our role is to make that first step easier. When you reach out, we help match you with a clinician on our team who aligns with your needs, preferences, and availability.
Our diverse team of licensed and associate clinicians specializes in concerns such as anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, and major life transitions. We’re committed to creating a welcoming, affirming space where clients feel heard, supported, and respected.
What sets Core Therapy apart is our personalized matching process, flexible scheduling, and commitment to culturally responsive, accessible care. Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time or returning after a break, we’re here to support you in moving forward — at your pace.
Core Therapy is in-network with most major insurance plans. We also offer affordable self-pay options, with sessions starting at $80 with our Associate clinicians. After you reach out, we’re happy to help you verify insurance coverage and discuss options that fit your needs.
We provide individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth throughout California. Our clinicians work with adults, children, and teens, and we’ll help connect you with a therapist who has experience with your specific concerns.
Once you message us, our team reviews your needs and follows up to help match you with a therapist who has relevant experience and availability. From there, you’ll be guided through scheduling your first session so you can get started as soon as possible.
