Message to clients

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin—we’ll focus on what’s most pressing and take it from there.

I work with adults seeking real change in recurring challenges—especially around relationships, self-worth, emotional regulation, ADHD, bipolar, or identity concerns. My experience in intensive outpatient programs, program coordination, and private practice gives me the expertise to support clients with complex needs in a structured, thoughtful way.

Our virtual sessions take place in a professional, private, and well-equipped telehealth environment designed to feel polished, calm, and inviting. My approach is collaborative and direct. Together, we’ll identify what’s driving your challenges and develop practical strategies that create meaningful, lasting change.

I aim to provide a space that is both supportive and efficient—helping you feel seen, grounded, and capable of trusting yourself while making real progress.
