Message to clients

Hi there,

I am Hailey (she/her), a Social Worker in Ohio & Massachusetts. Go Buckeyes! My approach provides a nurturing alliance that promotes empowerment and self-reflection. My style is very gentle, trauma-informed, and culturally-informed while also versatile; embracing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I am also open to applying different kinds of approaches to accomodate anyones needs and interests.

Within therapy, I hope to foster a space where you can manage stressors, openly process difficult thoughts, discover new things about yourself, facilitate new skills, and maybe learn a few things!
