Message to clients

Hi, I'm Isobel Heath and I'm a therapist in San Francisco. I work with individual adults on issues like codependency, relationship abuse, grief, depression, anxiety, and histories of abuse and neglect. I especially enjoy working with highly sensitive people, LGBTQIA individuals, and people dealing with harsh inner critics.

I take a holistic approach that helps you to identify and work through the roots of deep-set patterns in order to help you find lasting healing and change. Along with traditional talk therapy, I also incorporate mindfulness-based approaches involving awareness of the body and emotions in the here and now. In addition, I draw from a trauma therapy modality called Internal Family Systems or IFS. Much more information can be found on my private practice website.

If this resonates with you and you’d like to know more, please feel free to reach out when you're ready. I’d love to connect with you and learn how I might be able to support you on your journey!
