Message to clients

Hello, I’m Iyesha.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by constant worry, emotional exhaustion, painful memories, or the pressure of trying to hold everything together—whether on your own or within your relationship—reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) providing trauma‑informed telehealth therapy for adults, teens (12+), and couples across Ohio. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns that leave them anxious, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward after difficult experiences.

With experience in crisis intervention, outpatient behavioral health, and addiction treatment, I bring both clinical knowledge and steady support to our work together. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and safe enough to explore what’s been weighing on you—individually or as a couple.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence‑based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing. Together, we focus on understanding the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships while building practical tools that help you feel more grounded, resilient, and confident in daily life.

Healing doesn’t require you to have everything figured out. It simply begins with having a safe place to start.
