Message to clients

I work with adults on addressing trauma and substance use, overcoming OCD and anxiety, improving mood, behaviorally managing ADHD, and resolving life stressors. I also have expertise in working with couples to address relationship challenges, including post-affair.

As both a researcher and professor, I bring a unique perspective to my clinical work. I understand that effective therapy must be grounded in evidence-based techniques—approaches that research has shown that work. I also know that no two people or two couples are the same. That's why personalization is at the heart of everything I do with clients. Together, we'll develop a plan that's tailored to your specific needs, goals, and circumstances while leveraging your existing strengths.
