Message to clients

Before starting therapy with me, I want you to know that I work with college and emerging adults, adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship concerns, life transitions, and ADHD. I provide secure telehealth therapy across Illinois, and I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where you can show up authentically, especially if you hold intersecting identities or are looking for affirming LGBTQIA+ support.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, feminist, sex-positive, disability affirmative, and integrative. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, and relational-cultural therapy to help you uncover strengths, challenge limiting narratives, and build sustainable change. In our work together, I hope you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move at a pace that feels right for you.

I bring a relational and culturally responsive perspective to therapy, shaped by my training in clinical mental health counseling at Northwestern University and my background in Deaf Studies. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can deepen self-understanding, strengthen your sense of connection, and build a life that feels more aligned with your values and experiences.
