Outside of work, Jeff enjoys exercising, teaching self-defense, and chasing his kids around the house while his wife gets tired watching.

Message to clients

Hi, I’m Jeff. Reaching out for help isn't easy and can be extremely uncomfortable—especially when you’ve been relying on yourself for so long. But there comes a point where what got you here no longer serves you, and it isn’t gonna get you to where you want to be.

I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them show up who and what they’re capable of showing up as.

I like to work collaboratively with clients in what I call a 200% relationship, which means, I’ll show up with my 100%, you show up with your 100%, and together we’ll work to help you achieve your goals so that when you walk out of here, you have some practical tools at your disposal to manage those intrusive thoughts, those uncomfortable feelings, and improve the quality of your relationships—not just with other people, but also with yourself.

If this resonates with you, please contact me anytime, and i look forward to working with you.
