Professional statement

Taking the first step in starting your healing journey is heroic. Often times we get to a point in our lives, whether it be due to traumatic events or long lasting feelings of depression or anxiety - where we need more support. We can't white knuckle it alone anymore. Within the environment of a safe, compassionate therapeutic relationship, we can explore unresolved parts of ourselves, become more connected to ourselves and the world around us, and start to feel better quickly. Join me on the psychotherpy journey, whether we use music, art, movement, somatic experiencing, mindfulness techniques, guided relaxation, or simply talk.
