Jeremy Landry, LPC, BC-TMH is a licensed professional counselor and board-certified tele–mental health provider with over 20 years of experience supporting adults through complex emotional and life challenges. He works with individuals navigating trauma, panic disorder, anxiety, mood disorders, divorce and separation, and major life transitions, helping clients build stability, clarity, and forward momentum in their lives.

Jeremy brings a compassionate and structured approach to therapy, creating a supportive environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered. He places strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and believes that healing happens best when clients feel safe to explore difficult emotions while also gaining practical tools to manage symptoms and daily stressors. His work often includes helping clients strengthen self-esteem, develop self-forgiveness, clarify life purpose, and improve emotional regulation and impulse control.

Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Arts in Human Services with a specialization in vocational rehabilitation from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2004, his Master’s degree in Psychology from LeTourneau University in 2013, became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2015, and obtained his Board Certification in Tele–Mental Health in 2018. He continues to pursue ongoing training to remain current with best practices in trauma-informed and anxiety-focused care.

Jeremy provides telehealth therapy and works with adults seeking flexible, confidential, and accessible mental health care. Message to clients

I will do my best to assist you in navigate your emotions and to understand them better. Self- esteem and self- worth are two main concentrations I focus on. My goal is to bring a compassionate and structured approach to working with you in overcoming your life struggles. I have been working in the mental health or healing field for 20 plus years and now want to provide you with a non- judgmental and safe place where I can help you navigate your own self struggles. I believe strength comes in many forms and is inside of everyone. It only takes that first step of courage to ask for support so I can help you find it.

My expertise are helping others navigate anxiety, relationships, (pre and post) divorce or separation, many types of addictions and healing from past traumas. I will help you to exploring self-love, life purpose, and personal forgiveness while providing strategic coping tools to manage impulsivity and emotional complexity. I look forward to meeting and working with you because you truly matter. I start sessions by meeting you and inquiring about the context behind your concern. I will start session with cognitive behavior therapy then tailor therapy to you unique needs.

Through telehealth I create a supportive and compassionate environment honoring each client's unique journey. I offering evidence-based strategies tailored to individual needs.
