I’m a therapist and long-term meditator. My path has been interwoven with traditional psychotherapy and contemplative practice for over two decades. I work with adults and couples navigating grief, trauma, ADHD, relationship struggles, and life transitions. But more than anything, I work with people who long to feel whole, present, and authentic.
In my practice, therapy and open, effortless mindfulness go hand in hand. I integrate EMDR, cognitive therapy, somatic work, trauma-informed care, and Relational Life Therapy (RLT) with effortless mindfulness and non-dual perspectives. While I’m grounded in evidence-based approaches, my job is also shaped by the deep understanding that we are not our wounds but the compassionate awareness that holds them.
Sessions with me are both grounded and expansive. We slow down and listen, not just to your thoughts, but to your body, patterns, and the parts of you waiting to be seen. Whether you’re carrying guilt, overwhelm, numbness, or longing, we meet not to fix or analyze, but to gently uncover what is most true and alive beneath the surface.
Clients often say they feel deeply seen in our work together, not just as a set of symptoms, but as whole human beings. This work is both practical and sacred. It’s about learning to live with honesty, kindness, and the quiet courage to return to yourself.
