Julia Leonard, MS, LPC-S is a counselor serving Burleson, TX for in-person sessions and the entire state of Texas for virtual sessions. I have been in practice for over 15 years. I was voted best of Crowley 3 years in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
I have experience working for individuals, couples, and families. I have experience with life transitions, grief and loss, infertility, post-partum, depression, anxiety, ADHD, marriage, loss of job, communication difficulties, LGBTQ, and many other life difficulties. I will spend the first session getting to know you and creating a treatment plan that is individualized to your needs. I want to do what works best for you and not just follow a pre-determined plan. I understand that looking for a counselor can be difficult and I want to make the process work for you.
Julia Leonard, MS, LPC-S serves clients ages 12+. She has been in practice since 2008. She has worked for several agencies before starting her own practice in 2025. She uses several different approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered Therapy, Mindfulness, and psychoeducational approaches.
