I’m a licensed psychologist on the Upper East Side, and I specialize in treating insomnia, anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, and depression. I work with adults and adolescents who are juggling demanding careers, academic pressures, relationship concerns, or major life transitions—and who want practical, evidence-based tools to feel better.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). Whether you’re struggling with racing thoughts, difficulty sleeping, worry, or feeling overwhelmed, my goal is to help you understand what’s happening and build skills that create meaningful, lasting change in your daily life.

I am in-network with Aetna and Cigna, and for clients with other insurance plans I provide clear, easy-to-use statements that many people submit for out-of-network reimbursement. I’m always happy to help you understand your benefits.

I offer a brief introductory call for all new patients so we can determine whether we’re a good fit.
