Kate is a licensed mental health counselor who works with adults struggling with anxiety, depression and life transitions. She has a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in Holistic Clinical Counseling from Salve Regina University and recently earned a certification in the Foundations of Jungian Psychology. Kate’s approach also draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems. Kate has worked as a therapist in both outpatient and psychiatric hospital settings. Prior to clinic work, Kate worked for many years in school settings.

Kate offers in person sessions at Serenity Integrative Counseling in Newport, RI. She also offers telehealth appointments.
