Kate Gallagher is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Center Valley, PA. Kate is also licensed and able to virtually see clients who live in Rhode Island, Illinois, and Michigan.

Kate works with individuals and couples struggling with trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Many feel overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or stuck in repeated patterns. The couples most often are experiencing disconnection from communication issues, life stressors, and infidelity.

With over 30 years of experience Kate provides a trauma-informed supportive space to reduce anxiety, heal past wounds & strengthen emotional connection. Together we focus on practical lasting change that helps you feel more secure, safe, and connected.

Kate also provides EMDR in weekly therapy, EMDR intensives and couples therapy intensives to support those who may need focused healing.
