Message to clients

I work with adults and adolescents who are navigating ADHD, depression, anxiety, identity challenges, and periods of transition. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy and collaboration, offering a space where you can feel understood and supported while exploring your experiences. Together, we’ll identify areas for growth, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful changes that support personal fulfillment and self-acceptance.

I approach each session with a commitment to authenticity, curiosity, and compassion. I believe therapy should offer clients a nonjudgmental, flexible space where they feel safe to process heavy feelings and empowered to explore their strengths and challenges. It is my greatest priority to create a space where your whole self can be seen, affirmed, and honored.

It would be a privilege to join you in your journey towards personal growth, self-understanding, and a greater sense of connection. When you are ready to proceed, I am available to meet you where you’re at with warmth and compassion.
