Professional statement

I often think of therapy like tending to a garden—together, we nurture growth, care for the roots, and create the conditions for new beginnings. Some seasons may feel slow or uncertain, but with patience, care, and collaboration, new life always finds its way to the surface. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with over three years of experience as a non-profit outpatient clinician, I believe that every person holds the potential to grow and create lasting change. My goal is to offer an authentic, compassionate, judgment-free space where you can explore your story, heal from what’s holding you back and find the right support you need to thrive. I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, and families, while supporting them through trauma, anxiety, depression, and stressful life challenges.

My therapy style is collaborative and paced to your comfort level, emphasizing empathy, connection, and transparency. I use a strengths-based approach while utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy and mindfulness techniques to help clients build on the strengths they already possess, gain a new perspective on challenges, and help develop a more positive sense of identity. I also integrate trauma frameworks such as ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency) to support families in building healthy attachments, improving self-regulation, and developing life competencies.

Whether you’re looking to strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, or simply find balance again, therapy can be the first step toward meaningful growth. You deserve a space to feel heard, supported, and understood!
