Message to clients

Hi, I’m Kayla, a licensed therapist who provides a supportive space where you can step outside your comfort zone and explore your inner strengths. I believe that growth doesn’t come from comfort, but with trust and support, it can be a transformative experience. Together, we’ll work to convert intention into action and foster the confidence to take control of your life. Whether you’re navigating past pain, present challenges, or future goals, I’m here to walk beside you with compassion and care.

My approach is collaborative, transparent, and rooted in empathy. I tailor therapy to meet you where you are, emphasizing vulnerability, connection, and symptom reduction. Through this process, we’ll focus on creating space for healing, self-discovery, and the development of skills that help you better understand, advocate for, and support yourself.

In our work, I integrate emotional processing with practical tools to manage life’s stressors and responses to triggers. We’ll build self-awareness and challenge unhelpful coping patterns together. I believe in giving ourselves grace while doing the courageous work of rewriting our narratives and I’d be honored to support you in making your life one worth loving.
