Professional statement

I am a professional counselor holding a Master's in Counseling with an emphasis in somatic psychology from Prescott College. I have specialized training in trauma-informed care, mindfulness, attachment theory, somatic psychotherapy, somatic touch therapy, and trauma-informed yoga.

I have extensive experience in individual and group psychotherapy with adolescents and adults. I have worked in residential treatment and private practice settings. In 2015 I completed a year-long training in somatic touch therapy at the Somatic Therapy Institute.

I have over 20 years of experience in training and integrating meditation and mindfulness in a clinical setting. I have training in psychedelic-assisted therapy and integration work from Polaris Insight and Fluence in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and other non-ordinary states of consciousness.
