I’m Kenya, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Diagnostic Privileges and over 10 years of experience, and I specialize in helping adults and teens manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and more! My approach blends cognitive-behavioral and holistic strategies, always tailored to your needs. I use CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based practices to help you build self-awareness, manage symptoms, and move forward with intention. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, expected in 2026.
