Dr. Arrington works with adults who are carrying anxiety, sadness, relationship stress, identity questions, or the weight of family and cultural expectations. Many of her clients are looking for a space where they can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what they’re experiencing. She has a deep commitment to supporting Black, Latine/a/x, Indigenous, AAPI, and LGBTQIA+ clients, offering a therapeutic space where their full identities are honored and welcomed.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in cultural humility. Dr. Arrington blends psychodynamic therapy with ACT, CBT, and mindfulness‑based practices to help clients understand the patterns that shape their lives while building practical tools for change. She creates a space where clients can speak freely, explore openly, and show up exactly as they are—whether that means talking through complex emotions, laughing, pausing to reflect, or simply taking a breath.
Dr. Arrington brings extensive clinical experience across outpatient, community, and school‑based settings. Her work is grounded in evidence‑based practice and a deep respect for the lived experiences her clients carry. She is committed to ongoing learning and to providing care that is both thoughtful and culturally responsive.
She offers remote therapy sessions with flexible scheduling to support accessibility and comfort. Her practice is designed to be a welcoming, affirming environment where clients can explore their experiences at a pace that feels right for them and begin moving toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and true to who they are.
