Professional statement

Kristina has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety and depression, eating disorders, grief and loss, and the impacts of domestic violence. She has also worked with clients involved in or affected by violent crime. Kristina works with adults across the lifespan, including young adults and older individuals, and brings a thoughtful, grounded presence to each therapeutic relationship.

Kristina believes therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Her approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative therapy, person-centered (Rogerian), and psychodynamic approaches. Sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and pace, offering both support and gentle challenge in a space that is genuine, honest, and compassionate.

Kristina offers both in-person and online therapy. Her office is located at 975 N. Lincoln St., Suite 205, in Denver, Colorado.

Message to clients

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or struggling with anxiety, stress, substance use, or major life changes? You don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with adults (18+) who want a supportive space to better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and honest. I’ll meet you with compassion while supporting thoughtful healing and growth in the areas that feel most important to you.

I work with adults only who are navigating concerns such as anxiety, stress, and burnout, depression, life transitions and identity changes, grief and loss, and substance use. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply want to better understand yourself, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and move forward with intention.

If you feel we’d be a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation call.
