Message to clients

Hi, I’m Krystal, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals move through life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and compassion. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, substance use, and relationship issues. I also have experience working with adolescents and families impacted by housing instability and stress.

My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and empathetic. I draw from CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to meet each client’s unique needs. I aim to create a space where you feel seen and supported as you reconnect with your strengths, build emotional resilience, and move forward with intention.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Delaware State University and my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from LIU Brooklyn. I’m passionate about helping clients create meaningful change, reconnect with their values, and step into their full potential. If you're ready to begin your healing journey, let's connect!
