I'm a Yoga teacher, Sound Practitioner, and Grief educator. The perfect lie is perfection... You're probably deep in struggle and pain but no one would know it. It's exhausting I know... I see you.
My approach to providing therapy is from a trauma-informed and self-compassion lens. Although I utilize many approaches ranging from breathwork, soundbaths, ACT, Gestalt, Brainspotting, etc. I don't believe in a one-size-fit-all model. Each approach is tailored to the energy in the room per session.
My client typically struggles with self-boundaries, embracing rest instead of productivity, and experiencing a heavy loss such as the death of a parent. I support people who struggle with anxiety, grief, and disordered eating.
Past and present participants would describe me as warm, compassionate, and funny. I show up as my authentic self and I believe that invites individuals to do the same. I approach our sessions like we're having a genuine conversation.
