KT is the therapist behind Earthsong Psychotherapy, where she offers eco-therapy and depth-oriented counseling for individuals, couples, families, and children. KT welcomes clients seeking meaningful connection to themselves, their relationships, and the natural world. She has particular experience supporting clients drawn to nature-based or spiritually rooted healing, as well as children whose growth is nourished by outdoor exploration and creative play.
Her approach is grounded in depth and relational psychology and guided by an animistic view of the Earth as a living partner in the healing process. KT integrates somatic awareness, ritual, and creativity, inviting clients to listen to the wisdom of their bodies and to the more-than-human world. She is also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy and brings skill in supporting clients through a variety of altered states as well as the integration process — whether arising from dreams, somatic journeying, or profound encounters with nature.
KT earned her Master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and completed a two-year post-graduate training in Ketamine-Assisted Therapy at Alchemy Community Therapy Center, where she continues to practice. Her professional path also includes years in community mental health and a background as a birth worker — experience that informs her cultural humility and her comfort with emergent, transformative states of consciousness.
KT offers outdoor eco-therapy sessions in the East Bay as well as telehealth for clients anywhere in California. Her practice, Earthsong Psychotherapy, reflects the meaning of her name—“pure earth song” — and embodies her belief that healing unfolds in concert with the music of the Earth and the unique song each person carries, whether sung aloud or quietly held within. KT also practices in an office at Alchemy Community Therapy Center, where she mainly focuses on relationship therapy as well as Ketamine-Assisted Therapy.
