Professional statement

Welcome. I know that seeking therapy can feel like a big step. My role is to create a space where you can exhale, show up as you are, and feel truly seen.

In sessions with me, clients often describe feeling gently supported yet challenged. I bring a calm, grounded presence with a style that is both direct and compassionate. Whether you’re working through anxiety, grief, past trauma, substance use, or relationship stress, I help you connect the dots, develop insight, and move forward with clarity and intention.

Therapy with me is a collaborative journey—we’ll talk about what matters most, even when it’s hard.

I blend evidence-based methods (such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches) with a holistic lens, incorporating somatic awareness to support your healing from the inside out. We may explore how past experiences shape current patterns, or work on practical tools to reduce overwhelm and build emotional resilience.

Clients often come to me feeling stuck, burnt out, or like they’re constantly taking care of everyone else. Together, we shift those patterns.

In our work, you’ll find permission to put yourself first, process complicated emotions, and rediscover your own voice. I believe in walking beside you—not ahead of you—so that you feel empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

Message to clients

I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with a compassionate, integrative approach. I specialize in working with those struggling with substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions.

Clients often tell me they appreciate having someone who’s not afraid to gently challenge them while still offering care and comfort. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or just ready for something to shift, we can begin this work together—at your pace, with purpose.
