She has served on the board of the National Social Anxiety Center since 2015, including acting as Co-Chair for two years. She regularly presents at national conferences on topics related to social anxiety, OCD, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Staying current on the latest clinical research is extremely important to her, and she is active in professional organizations and local consultation groups.
Since 2010, she has specialized in treating adults with OCD, panic disorder and social anxiety using ERP, I-CBT and other evidence based treatments such as ACT and Mindfulness. She is also passionate about working with clients with insomnia and has advanced training in CBT for Insomnia (CBT-I) from the University of Pennsylvania’s Behavioral Sleep Medicine training program.
She works collaboratively with clients to meet their treatment goals, while also incorporating humor and warmth. She values and appreciates her role in supporting her clients to create more meaningful lives and making progress towards symptom reduction as effectively as possible.
