Laurie’s clients are professionally and academically successful people who find themselves at a crossroads, such as life transitions, in relationships or with themselves. Many of Laurie’s clients are seeking to address patterns of self-doubt, anxiety, stress, depression, improved communication and striving to be better versions of themselves in all areas of life.

Laurie’s approach is eclectic and individualized to each client. She has had training in various modalities and uses an integrated and strength-based approach to build upon each client’s inherent tools and special gifts. Laurie is an excellent listener and assists clients in making connections in recognizing how early life experiences influence thoughts, feelings and actions in present day relationships. Laurie co-creates tools based in mindfulness, compassion, curiosity, self-awareness and emotional regulation tailored to each clients’ personal journey and goals.
