Professional statement

Lexi's therapy style is best described as conversational. She feels that the magic of therapy lies in being witnessed in conversation with another, and she is here to witness. Lexi knows that traditional homework-style therapy does not work for everyone, and often, processing and change happens in the little moments and in subtle ways. Lexi works mostly with clients experiencing grief/loss, chronic illness and pain, or those seeking support in major life transitions or finding meaning in their life. She often incorporates ideas not just from Western psychology, but Eastern healing modalities as well, and modalities that center around creation and mindfulness. Lexi wants therapy to feel personal and meaningful. If there is something you want to try, that is really important to her, and she will find a way to make it happen! If anything here peaks your curiosity, reach out and start a conversation with Lexi.

Message to clients

Hi! I am so glad you're here. I know for me, the best thing about therapy is having someone to vent to who works to understand my worldview, not change it. A lot of the clients that work with me identify as creatives or empaths and it is really important to me that your identities, regardless of what they are, can feel nurtured here. I don't give homework, and I will not tell you what I think you should or should not do, but I will support you in finding the answers within yourself, to the questions bubbling beneath the surface. If this sounds like a good fit, let's chat about how I can support you in your journey!

:) Thanks for existing!
