Professional statement

Linda Sanderville, is a Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Teacher who loves to support clients who are in the midst of redefining their lives. She specializes in helping highly visible female executives to gather back the pieces of themselves and start living out their joy, instead of drowning in the messy middle of their lives

Linda has a unique ability to understand the unspoken pain and desires of her individual and couples clients. She provides holistic and evidence-based tools to get her clients to their goals.

Linda’s specialty is offering customized transformation therapy intensives, completely online, to reach your goals more quickly than traditional weekly talk therapy. These two day to ten day intensive sessions incorporate eye movement therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems, Clinical Hypnotherapy, CBT and Yoga for a holistic and embodied approach to achieving change.

Linda is the best match for clients who are more than ready to see changes in their emotional health, self-esteem and relationships. She teaches clients how to better understand their own motivations and self-sabotage behaviors, in addition to recognizing their hidden strengths. She supports clients in making changes to their outer world that will further enhance the progress they are experiencing on the inside.

Linda is highly experienced in bringing awareness of the physical body and the subconscious mind into sessions. She guides clients in safely exploring the relationship to their inner child and wise inner Self. She is expertly trained in addressing trauma, both clinically and through advanced training in yoga, and has full confidence in the ability of her clients to overcome major setbacks.

Based out of New Mexico, Linda’s fully virtual private practice connects her to clients here and in Georgia, Florida, Illinois, S. Carolina, Vermont and in the tri-state Washington DC Metro area, which is her hometown.

Message to clients

Only you, your pillow and the shower walls know the amount of pain you have been carrying and hiding from everyone else. You've been keeping it all together on the outside while you suffer in silence, and it's getting harder and harder to keep it in. I help women every day who are strong for others to be strong for themselves. Welcome to my practice.

Schedule a call with me to discuss the needs, goals and possibilities that will be addressed in your treatment. We will determine together if my services are the best fit for you, and, if so, set up a first appointment and register you in my secure client portal.

Every day I witness the incredible power of integrative therapies in the lives of my clients. I want you to experience that same relief, desired results and emotional freedom that come from making these shifts. Connecting to your whole Self will allow you to remain resilient through the peaks and valleys of life, and to find joy no matter the circumstances. This is true even if other, more limited, approaches to therapy have not worked for you in the past.

The next level of your career and your best chances of truly living with fulfillment requires that you learn how to build your life and relationships differently. Your current over-functioning is not your destiny- this is your moment for change.
