Professional statement

Linda Sanderville, LCSW-C, RYT-200, serves as a strategic thinking partner for founders, senior leaders, and working mothers who feel stuck despite their success. She specializes in supporting decision-makers running on adrenaline, carrying the heavy mental load of household and organization, and finding themselves short-tempered or numb. Her practice is designed for those who find traditional talk therapy too slow or aimless. Linda creates a confidential, results-oriented container where high-pressure clients can drop the mask of “having it all together” to address root causes of exhaustion without judgment.

Her approach bypasses endless venting for holistic, body-mind healing. Linda integrates Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and clinical hypnotherapy with trauma-informed yoga to rewire the nervous system rapidly. Unlike standard therapy that adds to an overwhelming plate, her method relieves cognitive load, with deep work happening in session, allowing clients to return to life recentered. She acts as a direct guide helping clients silence inner critics and stop self-sabotage patterns threatening their leadership and relationships.

With over 17 years experience, Linda brings clinical expertise and embodied wisdom to every session. She is skilled at helping visible women executives navigate public fallout, reputation stress, and leadership isolation. Her background as a Registered Yoga Teacher allows her to expertly guide clients from constant “high alert” to grounded. Linda partners with clients to redesign life processes so outer success is matched by inner peace.

Linda’s virtual practice offers Transformation Therapy Intensives (2–10 days) for those needing to compress months of progress into a week, plus weekly strategic sessions. Based in New Mexico, she provides secure video therapy to clients in New Mexico, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, South Carolina, Vermont, and the Washington DC Metro area (MD, VA). She intentionally keeps her caseload small to ensure every client receives full, undivided focus for lasting transformation.

Message to clients

Only you, your pillow and the shower walls know the amount of pain you have been carrying and hiding from everyone else. You've been keeping it all together on the outside while you suffer in silence, and it's getting harder and harder to keep it in. I help women every day who are strong for others to be strong for themselves. Welcome to my practice.

Schedule a call with me to discuss the needs, goals and possibilities that will be addressed in your treatment. We will determine together if my services are the best fit for you, and, if so, set up a first appointment and register you in my secure client portal.

Every day I witness the incredible power of integrative therapies in the lives of my clients. I want you to experience that same relief, desired results and emotional freedom that come from making these shifts. Connecting to your whole Self will allow you to remain resilient through the peaks and valleys of life, and to find joy no matter the circumstances. This is true even if other, more limited, approaches to therapy have not worked for you in the past.

The next level of your career and your best chances of truly living with fulfillment requires that you learn how to build your life and relationships differently. Your current over-functioning is not your destiny- this is your moment for change.
