Professional statement

Lindsey works with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the people they care about. She believes there’s always a reason behind how you feel, and she’ll help you gently uncover and understand those deeper layers. Together, you’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be getting in the way of how you want to live. With warmth and compassion, Lindsey supports you in healing from the past, so you can let go of fear and stress and move forward with more clarity and ease.

Lindsey’s goal is to help you feel more like yourself—calm, grounded, and confident. She creates a safe space where you can slow down, listen to what matters most to you, and live in a way that feels true to who you are. Whether you're feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure of your next step, she’ll work alongside you to build the inner strength and trust needed to face life’s challenges with greater peace and self-assurance.

Message to clients

Are you always putting others first—even when it leaves you feeling drained or resentful? I work with people who struggle to say no, feel overwhelmed, and often walk on eggshells to keep the peace. In our work together, we’ll gently look at where these patterns come from, build healthier boundaries, and help you feel more in touch with what you truly need—without the guilt. You deserve to feel confident, calm, and more like yourself again.

If you feel stuck in old patterns because of past trauma, you're not alone—and healing is possible. I have years of experience helping people work through the lasting effects of trauma, and I use approaches like IFS, EMDR, ART, Brainspotting, and Hypnotherapy to support that healing. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen, supported, and understood every step of the way.

Are you ready to take the first step toward a brighter future? You can submit a request through ZenCare to schedule a consultation. Let’s connect and explore how we can work together to help you find healing, strength, and peace.
