Lourdes has over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist. She founded Cross Culture Consulting to offer individuals a chance to really feel seen and heard. She wants to help her clients feel less stuck in their lives and connect with their authentic selves by combating self-doubt and approaching life with more confidence. Together Lourdes and her clients will explore questions that haven't been considered before.

Lourdes has helped clients in psychiatric facilities, foster care, schools, and several mental health agencies in Miami, New York, Spain, and Australia. Different cultures and experiences have added depth and richness to her life, and she brings all of her experiences and gratitude into the therapy room with her. She promises to not be a robot who will mindlessly agree with whatever the client says but will approach each circumstance with enthusiasm and a passion to work through the problem.

She has a Master of Social Work degree and a Master of Individual and Organizational Psychology.
