Lynette Belknap Williams is an eclectic therapist who tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual she works with. While she brings extensive experience and advanced training in trauma-focused care—including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—she believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Instead, Lynette collaborates closely with clients to develop a personalized treatment plan that integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques best suited to their goals, experiences, and strengths
She is deeply passionate about her work and considers it a privilege to walk alongside individuals on their path toward healing and improved well-being.
