I work with women who feel like the ground has shifted beneath them. Maybe a confusing medical experience turned your life upside down, a major course correction left you questioning everything, or attachment wounds have you doubting your own reality. You're in this space of profound uncertainty, trying to figure out who you are now and how to move forward, often while navigating systems or people who just don't get what you're going through.
You might feel disconnected from your body, unsure of what's true anymore, or exhausted from trying to make sense of it all alone. There's this quiet knowing inside you that something needs to change, but you're not sure how to honor both your internal wisdom and the complexity of rebuilding your life. That's where we start.
My approach weaves together somatic awareness and holistic integration because real healing happens when we honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Together, we'll attune to the wisdom your body holds, gently explore patterns that no longer serve you, and create space for you to reconnect with yourself. I offer both ongoing sessions and intensive therapy options for deeper, focused work when you're ready to dive in. Our time together becomes a soft place to land where transformation feels safe and sacred.
I bring specialized training in trauma-informed, body-centered approaches with experience in complex medical trauma, attachment repair, and identity reconstruction. I offer virtual sessions throughout Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, and New York, plus in-person sessions and intensives in Southwest Michigan.
