Message to clients

My style is warm, direct, and relational, with a healthy dose of humor. I strive to build a strong therapeutic alliance and tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs. I will work closely with you to identify and resolve underlying causes of distress, closely attuning to how unaddressed past life experiences may be contributing to your suffering. This work can be challenging at times, often bringing painful emotions to the surface. I draw upon skills-based approaches in order to guide your coping. My ultimate goal in therapy is to help you live a meaningful life, whatever that may look like to you.
